Well guys, that was my final race for the season, as I wont be in the country for the final 2 rounds. Flawless drive by Arakasi sealed the win for him (along with pole), whilst a spin and small fractional errors lost me the lead early on and kept me in 2nd place. Well done to moon on grabbing the final spot on the podium. And to littleblacko for nabbing the fastest lap by a poofteenth as well. Race hard but fair fellas in the final 2 rounds, it's gonna be on!
Third place is safe from us Div 3 guys @disturboed , you'll probably drop back to last of the Div 2 guys though. My race was mostly fun except for the 2nd and last laps. Those 2 laps lost me about 45 seconds all up. Had a great battle with Crim and thought I had him covered and would take the points lead in div 3 but I stuffed it into the fence on the last lap. Crim, Evil and I are all within point of each other for the honor of best of the rest, I'll need to do better than I did tonight though to stay in that battle.
Grew to like this track in the end. I started well and just by staying consistent and on track I found myself holding 5th down for a while. But I need to find best part of a sec/lap to hold my own. Still I did pull my PB (a 1:22) during the race. My tyre wear is always to good, which is sorta bad (not pushing enuf!) but it meant I could delay pitting. Had a few loose moments and by lap 20 @arakasi was about to lap me so pitting was a good option... but then i overshot pit entry and did a @N64stig hitting the pit wall end full on the nose ... doh! ouch! and 20 secs lost About lap 28 @disturboed started appearing in my rear view, but my tyres and lap times were good enough to stay clear for a few laps. Bitter experience has taught me not to back off to much or go wide just to let someone through, it can end badly for everyone. So I drove as clean as I could, even offered you a tow @disturboed - did you notice ? I hope I didn't baulk you too much, in the end I did make space approaching the windy uphill section. Best I could do ... I wish I had saved the race .... be great if somebody could post the save. Big congrats to @arakasi - again. PS: see you on Nurburgring GP/F @steezy hoping you've got your wheel working by then PPS: am I getting my cars mixed up ... was it @Bluemoon or @disturboed that caught and passed me on their final lap??
I must be getting old, I can't even remember seeing Ninja on track at all. Even though I had the full complement of racers on screen at race start. I do remember thinking to myself late in the race, hmmmmm, haven't lapped anybody! Have to check my replay!
. Shaping up to be an interesting final couple of rounds. You and @LITTLEBLACKO942 both got the jump on me again, was good fun trying to work out who was quicker where (not much in it, that's for sure) over the first few laps. Clean air was much nicer Same. Have always disliked Fuji, but after a heap of practice laps, it"s only the final corner i still hate @emmo46 , doesn't look like you added any points for @Ninja2 in the tables
Hmm, thanks, I must have hit 0 key instead of 9. Will post revised chart tonight, it doesn't alter the positions. He has 36 points.

Hey fellas, round 7 is coming up and trying to get some practice in, which of the Circuit de la Sarthe tracks is it? There is quite a few to choose, i.e. 2013, 2009, 2005 and so on.... Cheers
