Wont make the meet and greet but looking forward to this. I think this season will be just as good as the sierra, it's just a little faster and takes a bit longer to stop.

    I can't get into the 7's, closest I've gotten is a mid 8 I think.

It is pretty tricky to maintain good times in this machine esp at Bathurst.

^^^^ this....the thing is at bathurst other cars might be faster over 1 lap, but count how many times they are picking pieces up over the fence as you drive past, albeit slower, but in one piece !

If you can circulate in the 8s and 9s consistently you are in for a good result

When do you get online? If you get on line with some quick drivers sit on there bonnet and look at there lines and what gear they use for corners etc.

I still maintain that Bathurst is a :poop: track. I don't really care if it's an aussie icon, as is the V8's.
    Both are still :poop:

    :D

@VARDZ buddy. Stay with me here mate. There's a good chance we'll still be fighting somewhere up the top of the table.
Who knows... maybe this season will be your time to shine in this horrid car!

I started to get the hang of it a bit better last night....its just a case of getting your head around the different characteristics of each car. doesnt take long......brake early, accelerate from the apex. The other thing i like i n it is that its easy too hear how much throttle you have on with the gearbox whine

I had a fang in it the other night.
It's surprisingly not as boaty feeling as I thought it'd be.

I still find it pretty boaty. For some reason it doesn't feel connected to the road for me, kinda like it's floating above it a little, very strange. It probably doesn't help that I don't have FFB but this hasn't happened with other cars. It's difficult to keep in a straight line on the straights, does anyone else have this?
