Please no Praga. The end of the world would be too soon for me to drive it again! The squeaking suspensions still haunts my nightmares.
Ill be in at this stage. I hate open wheelers, I always prefer a standard car over anything else as it gives closer racing imo. +1 for the mustang.
I don't own the ready to race pack but what is the Audi TTRS race car like on that? Could be a good option to keep the racing nice and tight like with the mx5-cup.
Yeah that push to pass was actually really cool... I always thought it was a bit MickyMouse, but hitting it just exiting a corner and then having that extra boost to pass was brilliant Though that negative rear aero is a bit weird...
Be more interesting in some longer (20min plus) races where you might have to conserve the P2P. 10mins at Mugello just about couldn't use it enough just became part of a normal lap....
Was a bit of fun last night with you guys and you can sign me up for the next season too in whatever it is. I didnt try negative rear 0 seemed ok also hard tyres which everyone else avoided like the plague were better over the race. Didnt overheat and was able to go faster end of race where the mediums were cooked at the front. About lap 2 3 hards were slower but if you hung on with them at then end hards were nearly 1 second per lap faster the second half. I assume you get the same amount of p2p per race no matter the distance so longer races would be more strategic. In the 10 min race it was just finding different places to use it to gain an edge on others. My fastest lap I didnt even use it exiting the last turn but I think I lost about 4 tenths from exit to the line. The strategy in the lmp1 cars I think is the most fun racing Ive had in AC. Ive had some fun battles with Cherno in those where each lap you need to choose where to attack and defend making a couoke oasses most laps due to kers useage. The audi cup is a bit bland to drive but can be fun to race with sone close battles last night in them.
If people are interested in open wheeler I had an idea for something a bit different. As there are so many models from different eras we could do something like start with the oldest f1 car and then every race step up a decade or so until we get to the modern one in the last race of the season, like a history of F1 season. This would be my pick if we did just one though: http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/vrc-1991-jordan-191.15281/
Hi count me in - the formula 3/Indy Dallara type cars can be good close racing, similar to the Abarth. But I'll go with whatever. Cheers
