The best at a hill I get is the curb out the front of the driveway :D
but after 25 years of running, my knees are telling me other things are a priority these days :(

Yea I'm still a young bugger.

I don't like driving past them but cycling does the same as running it's just easier on the legs

    It's funny you say that.
    1 - I'm only 37 o_O
    2 - I recently obtained a road bike to compete in Tri's

    I'm only 21 still a fetus

You won't catch me doing that sort of thing for competition. I wouldn't win so wouldn't be fun

    Lol.
In the fun run I was in the top 15 (13th) out of 500 entrants. Top 5 for age group.
    Bloody 18 year olds...
I get that. But it's just anothet way to stay fit as the body gets older. Plus with people around you attempt to do better. Same applies here.

Yeah I'm tired and sore just thinking about it. I wouldn't even run if I was chased. I would just stand there and say oh well I've had a good life :)

There are cyclists that do the right thing naacs, they are just a minority.

Love karting but haven't done it for years.

Thats about 15kmh, thats an awesome pace! I run 1.5km in 8-10 minutes down our street most days, while my 4 year old rides his bike beside me on the road out of @NAACS way. We sometimes go down the hill next to our street, 12 degrees doesn't sound much for a hill but it looks steep running up it! Adds an hour to the journey if we go up the hill!

I might get to do some karting in Lismore if i'm lucky soon, borrowing a mates kart, wish they still had the rentals going, awesome track with a sliding corner down a hill, and the hire karts were terribly overpowered for the grip.

This is the karting place I have used. As well as the Bargagallo karts (same mob, different location)
Came 2nd in the Barbagallo comp against some work mates, 2 bloody points :(

Will be on the track in Newcastle for a 6 hour Kart race tomorrow. If all goes well tonight, we'll be buying a newer kart and running it tomorrow. If it doesnt go well tonight, we have to travel back to Sydney from Newcastle tonight to pick up our Kart.

Thought I'd take the Euro taxi out to the skid pan, but had more fun in the passenger seat of an old SS.
