An event at Texas will create a race of tactics and strategy as you work to pass the car in front, drivers will be able to showcase their individual ability as the nature of Texas means racers will be unable to go flat out through the turns! I think the main reason why the GT ones were so popular was because of the boost. No idea how this one would go, but I'm already seeing it as 'boring' in comparison.
