I’ve posted this in the season 3 thread but I’ll aslo slap it here in case (sorry admins if it is considered as spamming) The other day. Finally got fibre installed *PARTYTIME* but as great as it is it introduced a issue I’ve seen some of the guys have that I haven’t.. the constant disconnection from sessions and chat problems. I have since made some changes to my modem and at the isp end and those issues have gone. What is seems to boil down to I think is that the PS3 and 4 don’t play nice with some NAT & IPV6 configurations on fibre and VDSL connections. So what I did was this.. Called my ISP and had CGN (carrier grade NAT) turned off Logged into my modem and turned off all options that relate to an IPV6 connection Turned off my modem and ONT (fibre Optical Network Terminal) for at least 5mins to allow for a new IP address to be assigned by the ISP After this the issue has disappeared (touch wood). Before this I did a Speedtest on Ookla and could see I had an IPV6 address assigned and afterwards I had an IPV4 and to answer the number one question - saw zero drop in ping, jitter, packet loss or speed. For those on a 4G/LTE connection, I don’t know if this is possible to change but if you can then fingers crossed. Hope that this helps you out there.. RACEON!! (OZ)
Ok at this stage the weather settings need tweaking. We are looking at 22 laps Preliminary weather settings will be changed to: Rain Med Cloud Light Cloud Clear. These may change depending on how testing goes. An official pre-race event description will be posted once we have tested properly.

Only if you are on your roof or otherwise stuck and unable to move. Also not while there is traffic approaching.
i have accidentally done it in the heat of the moment one or twice but usually right at the back of the pack and it didnt make any difference to the results ...if i had gained a spot i would have given it back....need to get out of the habbit doing it in practice...and on that note ill actually demap the button
I wouldn't demap the button mate no point having to retire. Just try not to use it. I used it for the first time ever last night because I was on my roof.
Yeah @PaulCox don’t demap it just make it an obscure button out of easy reach. Mine is the L3 button way down on the right side of the base of the T300. The R3 is my pit limiter button
Hi Guys, Just a quick one. I assume we are qualifying in the wet. this week, please confirm and/or advise how i should practice this one. Thanks
I think this is usually how we would do it, qualy in the wet. Also, if I may suggest that instead of Rain, we go Light Rain for the race. It's still wet enough and puddles still form, but not as killer as Rain or Heavy Rain. This would also assist in having the track dry up by the last slot.
