For main Monday season races you need to use the league entry threads. For wednesday night races these are generally open to SA80 and 250ms ping limit. Anyone under that SA level can add their GUID to the list and be added to the ROOZ whitelist to gain entry into any open ROOZ server even if you havent got the safety level yet.
