ACC Wednesday Warmup/Sprint race season

For Wednesday nights during our next Monday season we will also keep a leaderboard going for a less formal shorter format sprint race season. The nights will consist of 3x15 minute races with a 5 minute qualifying session before each race. Q1 start time will be the same as for Monday nights with this at 9:15 AEDT during daylight savings and once this is over we will switch to 8:45pm AEST. Races will be at mixed times of day with 1 race likely at night in each round, official practice will be open 45 minutes prior to q1 but a practice server in the coming combo is always up on ROOZ server 02.

These races will be basic sprints with no pit stops, we wont enforce any car rules so you can use any car you want for any race. Many running Mondays also may want to use it as a warmup for the next round. Others that cant do the longer formats on Mondays may find these sprints more suitable. The servers will be password entry but open to anyone here with the password not only those entered officially, These seasons will be split into 5 rounds x3 races so 18 races per season, there will be 1 drop round per season and class structure will be the same as the main season. Anyone not running the main season can also set a qualifying time in our Kyalami server in order to get a class for the Wednesday season.

There will be results posted in this thread for each round and also the leader board will be in the 2nd post here. There will not be a new thread per round.

Thanks to the guys that made the races tonight, not a big turnout but some fun racing still. Good practice in traffic and hopefully we get a few more turn up on future Wednesdays as its good practice for the next Monday rounds too.

Hopefully we get a few more turnout for this weeks Wednesday races as we only had 9 last week, the first 5 week season will remain as is on a private Australian server but if numbers stay very low through the following rounds we will probably open this up to a public server for the following seasons.

Wednesdays you can use any car for any race, only Monday season is locked to whatever you start your first race in.

Well that was a lot of fun. Need to find some more pace, try a few more cars ahead of tuesday but ive only really started playing ACC this week, owning it since launch. Playing some GT Sport here and there for the last year haha.

Just a heads up that tonight we will be racing at Brands Hatch, it will be cold and the same weather settings as will be run on Monday. Higher chance of rain but still not much more then 30% chance in theory, however it shouldn't become an undriveable storm even if it rains but still likely to stay dry.
