Happy to take it into consideration (Done lol) On another note, All cars have now been locked in and BOP may formally begin! The numberboard will be released soon. The ball is well and truly in motion!
@Viperzed Just asking for friend. Any update on when our personalized number boards will be available? As liveries are being made and these number boards may cause unwanted changes to said liveries. Thank you
Simply put, They'll be ready when they're ready Seriously though, We're slowly getting a couple changes done for it and I expect it'll be done before the end of next week. We've still got much over a month until even qualifying begins so no rush. I haven't even thought of what I'm running yet lol.
The numberboards won't be personalised, everyone will get a blank numberboard and you can get the numbers you require and put them on yourself.
I am am going to pass This race. My entry can go to a reserve as tuning is out of my league. Got tunes of the net tried to do it myself. I touch the tuning and times go backward. I will watch a stream to get my Fix..
Tuning is only optional mate, It's simply to make the car more comfortable for you. Ballast will be available to keep you up to speed. Are you sure you want to back out?
No stress mate, Your call. Be warned though I have no streamer lined up for this race so would just be POV of anyone who chooses to stream on Twitch or YouTube. I know Jono probably will in Room 1.
If there is room maybe come along anyway and spectate/stream yourself . Or wait till Quali to make your final decision.
Hey Easy I understand your pain, as I can not tune in GTS (I could in GT6). Try Priano Tunes, grab the tune for your car. Don't touch the tune, it will be better than stock. Just adjust the gearbox to suit Bathurst to extract out that bit more pace. This is what I did, except no time to adjust gearbox yet. Priano's tune for my F1 95' is better than stock. Now I will be wrestling a Monkey around the mountain, instead of a Gorilla.
Thanks for that tip re Priano, I have no idea on tuning(I picked the Aston cause I know it's ok without tuning) so good to have something to use as a base or just use as is. I'll probably have a play on Bathurst tonight and try some different settings
Big tip for adjusting tunes is to run on max rake. (Min front ride height, max rear). Gives you way mlre turn in with few downsides. Adjust rear downforce accordingly. Most pre tunes from Priarno should have that already though.
Couldnt agree more, Ive been using Praiano for years ! Then tweak from there on a different sheet, in case I really stuff it up.
I have spent ages trying to find and tune. Stock mid 2.02 to mid 2.03 Touch any thing and back to 2.05z. Thats my frustration. I will have a look at Priano
I'm the same, stock is an easy 2.02 and I tune to Priano and i'm up around 2:07. Will do some more testing, but I may ever so slightly tweak the stock tune
Praiano would not have done the tuning for the car at the mountain. So maybe use all his tune except the gear box.
