    Spewin' I missed this round, GVS is probably one of my Fav tracks.

    Just did a few laps of Rome, hmm, gunna be tough... big-arse car and lots of walls, passing will be interesting. A couple of spots you need to be gentle with the throttle too.

    I'm in guys, managed to work some magic so I'll be able to make the time slot on Sundays.
    Turned a few laps at Rome...wow, talk about hard work in the Citroen! I'm struggling! I'll be the one sliding around like a maniac at the back of the field :D

    Great news Lee.

    Dont forget guys, host this week is stumbles01 again. Fingers XXXd there are no issues with the connection and you guys can get a full grid.

    Tighten your seatbelts too, its a tough gig round there in that car !

    You're not wrong Stu, most of the track has pretty much one line and with the wide-load Citroen, it will be a challenge to say the least!
    Seems to be less grip too...bad news for rear tyres :p

    Hi Mate, I'm sure you're more than welcome but unfortunately the Citroen GT race car can't be gifted because of its price.
    Add Stumbles01 who's the div captain, quali starts at 8:20PM but be good if you show up before to do a few laps.

    another clusterf*ck of a week. 30 minutes of a join room then disconnect circle. kept getting loading bars under various people. tried all the tricks.

    I eventually got in at the tail end of quali, but it was a laggy :):):):):), real bad. The race started before my 3 2 1 countdown had reached GO!, so I went from 6th to last before even moving! The lag was bad and I had massive smokescreen in front of me. I think i probably lag-punted a few people, so I pulled it over after a lap or 2. Didn't want to ruin peoples races.

    Went to watch race, and seriously, within the next 1-2 laps, the connection went silky smooth and it would have been perfect (right about when Ad d/c). So ropable about it tonight after all the effort put in during the week, was feeling really positive about it tonight. I just wonder if my connection cant handle the larger rooms. I might have to do some testing in some large public rooms or something.

    With all the drama's re: connections, we'll give Dek's room a go next week.

    Everyone needs to make sure they have Dbn26 on their friends list to ensure an easier time to get in.

    Don't think it was your connection mate, Div 1 lounge was crap as well. Disconnected a few during quali and during the race (me included), PSN just turning to sh..... today. Considering calling it quits this season :(

    I am stepping out this season, after my race was ruined in lap 1 I had/have no motivation to continue. I need a break.

    I will still be around doing ladders etc... and be around on the forum, but I am just going to wait it out until GT6 and hopefully more stable servers.

    Yeah, I know, but no harm in trying. Dbn is closer to his exchange than I am to mine (by about 500 metres), said that Turbo joins his room ok, and Turbo generally has trouble joining mine, but once the half hour of join and reset is done, he's fine for the rest of the night??

    Leeboy got pole (by .029 of a second from me), but unfortunately got dsc on lap 15, his fastest lap at that stage was 1:02.512
    Ad2mny got dsc too on lap 5, his fastest lap at that stage was 1:03.306
    Turbo took one for the team and left to reduce carnage on lap 4 with a very laggy 1:18.655

    The rest of the fastest laps and finishing positions...

    I somehow got pole and got a pretty good start. I was trying to conserve tyres pretty much straight away and was able to keep Stumbles at bay. I think Stumbles and Dbn were battling because the gap increased quite a bit within a couple of laps.
    I had a moment out of the fast right hand kink at the bottom of the hill. Had a spin.
    Was just about to get going again and I got disconnected...so so disappointed because I was pretty comfortable in front and had some pace to spare and would have one stopped quite easily.
    Oh well, we move on and try again next week! I think I'm finally getting a handle on the Citroen...
