Motegi East ( Sprint round) Nurburgring GP/F (Enduro) Laguna Seca Monza Apricot Hill Midfield SSR5 (Street Circuit)
Monaco Midfield Monza (80s) LeMans Red Bull Ring (full) Nurburgring (GP/F or full Inc. Nordschliefe) And one of Matterhorn or Brands Hatch 80s. (GP, or maybe Indy cct for sprint?)
After testing a few tracks tonight, it is necessary to set tyre wear to normal. Thanks to all the guys who came, tyre wear and lap times are not the same on your own, and the more input the better for everyone. Might get a room open again tomorrow night (Thursday) to test some more. This car has soooo much grip, the tyres are howling but they're holding. The only way I could get this car to misbehave was when I made silly mistakes, outbraking myself or too wide. This is gonna be a great season car IMO.
This may sound crazy but it would be a great sprint round IMO... High speed ring. Everyone knows it .... it is tough to pass so the 2nd heat would see the back markers really earn every spot to consolidate their 1st heat finish...
Nah it's fantastic, normal wear, and your idea... Suddenly I'm really looking forward to the season! HSR would be mad as a sprint round.
HSR is really easy to pass tbh lol. Also have to agree with Normal wear, fast wear is too much. Normal rounds will be 2 or 3 stops otherwise.
Not to mention how badly pit stops are screwed up in this game, I wouldn't want to be pitting on the same lap as everyone more than once.
Pit stops can vary in length doing exactly the same as the next person if you pit in a crowd and so costing you positions....NORMAL WEAR & 1 STOP IS A MUST !!!!
Going to get slaughtered for this but I liked it when we had the infamous tyre glitch from Seasons 1- midway through Season 2, races weren't ruined by getting trapped in pit lane, just flat out 45 minute sprints to the finish, it definitely made getting into the groove a lot easier.
I was just thinking about no pitstop racing...but I do enjoy the strategic element with pitstops included...anyway there is always the sprint round.
I am planning to, just waiting for word from @Ad2mny and @stucar17 that we can go ahead, I hope we can decide before tonight to give time to getthe word out.
Ok track list is finalised just gotta sort out the laps for some of the tracks. And it goes a little something like this... Brands hatch 80's Midfield Apricot hill (weather) 30 laps Deep forest (sprints) 2x 16 laps Nordeschleife 6 laps Laguna 30 laps Monaco (enduro) So many tracks that could have been chosen for this car, I hope I've found a good mix of flowing and technical.
Monaco enduro? Mid-field? Deep Forest? Nordschliefe? Wet round at Apricot Hill? What the hell have you guys done?!? You've doomed us all... To a season of awesome tracks, and great variety, absolutely loving it!
