I drive helmet cam with the following settings
In game play cockpit wheel driver off
Field of view 56 for me (Google project cars fov calculator and use for your own set up, I did then added 6)
no field of view speed sensitivity
And in the movement settings
High speed shake off
World movement 100
G force effect 50
Show helmet off
Helmet depth of field off
Helmet look to apex 60
Helmet leaning 75
Camera leaning 75
I then adjust the seat height for each car to suit
I was sceptical of this set up at first, but got used to it surprising quickly and now set as fast or faster times as I when I tried bonnet view, As it is now it gives a good mix of immersion and accuracy, and on my rig, if I could lower the seat or raise the wheel platform a few inches my wheel would perfectly overlay the instrument cluster, which would be cool, I can still get the effect though by crouching down behind the wheel like a psychotic granny but this is not a good look, my family already think I'm nuts.

Thanks for that cob . I was a bit scared to play around with this . It really needed to be tweaked.

I'm trying to decide whether to stick with bumper cam or helmet and it's a bloody hard choice lol

So the livery I have chosen on my Audi R8 LMS ULTRA is the NOREGRET in black and green.

Hey guys just got ind of this in short - keen to enter! maybe a bit latr but I'll be able to set some lap times tonight just been a bit busy with work in all, anyways bit of a nub and have no idea what you are getting at with livery someone wanna expand on that, sorry! anywho I'll drive the Aston Martin

at a guess I'm guessing livery means sponsorship of the actual car?

That is correct and the number. You're not too late either, just get your Bathurst time trial time to me ASAP and we'll see where you fit in.

I wasn't one hundred percent whether I needed to do a Time Trial or not. I only have time on Saturday though.

I think Class A is full for R8s now, and Class B looks great anyway.

I'd really rather you gave me a time mate, I can wait till Sunday. As it is, there is near 4 seconds difference between the top drivers in each class.

Just been directed here from the PCars forum. I've been playing around with my sim rig, T300 wheel and T3PA pedals, and am pretty happy with it now. I'm keen to join a second series if it gets up and running, or put me on the reserve list if possible.

Haven't had time to this week but il try my best to set a time tonight, I know online I can do 08.4 but il have a proper go tonight if I can
