Usual Sunday night league time, around 7:30 qld 8:30 Mexican time. Bathurst could be fun but depends on what everyone wants.

if you guys do an early longer run, can i suggest you drive Nurb GP as we did in the sierra last round.

GIves everyone the chance to run on a track they will remember well, and see how the V8 compares to the sierra. Few laps we did last night there, the V8 was about 6 seconds a lap faster from memory

I reckon zolder would be a good track for the v8

OK guys......have spoken and discussed with Ads and the mod team and we will be running the V8 this season. This car has been so close so many times to getting up, we think it's time to bite the bullet and give it a crack.

After a bit of testing over the last few nights, the Falcon isn't as hard to drive as i first thought.
Some points for everyone to get their head around
    - The braking zones are about the same, or 'slightly' longer than the sierra.
    - The car seems to like 'rolling' on corner entry and into the apex.
    - The car can be tuned slightly using the anti roll bars (i have found making the car slightly softer works well)
    - If you use 'bumper view' you do sit pretty low on the road.
    - i found that after i adjusted the FFB settings i had a lot more feel for it.

Track details and regs TBC, with the track list to be announced at the meet and greet.

Next season (season 8) we are still looking at running an open wheeler, but we wanted to test a little more before we decide on which one. So far the 2 that stand out are the 78 Lotus and the Gulf 1000.......This 'should' take us up to the release of PCARS 2, if not it will be very close and then we will have just 1 season car to worry about for the run up to xmas and our extended break.

How about a 10 lap race at Nurburgring GP for people to get a read on it then a 20 lap race at Bathurst late when more people are on.
Surely Bathurst will be on the track list...Surely.

But we know Bathurst will be used so what other tracks will suit the car. Should try something different. But either way I'll show up for a run

Not a bad list mate.....the issue with monaco is that its so tight the magnetic effect just kills any chance to 'race' there.

    Sakitto
    Watkins Glen
    Willow Springs
    Zolder
    Laguna Seca

All tracks that don't get used much and would be fun in the V8SC
