Incident Report
Game: Project Cars
Round: Rd 1 Div 1 Watkins glen
Description: Incident between @v8power383 and @RHINO11
Decision: Rhino has rejoined the circuit unsafely, impeding V8. It was decided that Rhino may not have realised V8 was so close being a fairly high speed corner but he Rhino still should have tried to stay off the line until he was up to speed.

Round: Rd 2 Div 1 Bathurst
Description: Incident involving multiple drivers at Turn 1
Decision: (Appealed - decision upheld) Whilst the initial minor contact between @RHINO11 and @Coojak3009 was the cause of the entire incident, blame cannot be fairly placed on any one driver, and what would have hardly even been an issue one on one, was only magnified by the proximity of the rest of the starting grid. It has been determined to be a Racing incident.

Round: Rd 2 Div 1 Bathurst
Description: An incident on lap 2 turn 1 between @jasondull1986 and @RHINO11 where contact from Rhino has caused jasondull to leave the circuit.
Decision: The contact is only minor, and the games magnetism takes effect as soon as contact is made. The stewards agreed that this is Careless driving, with no position gained. As this is Rhino's 2nd Careless driving offence this season, the penalty moves to tier 2. The stewards have also agreed that as it is only a minor incident, a reduced penalty of 10 secs is to be applied.

Round: Rd 4 Race 2 Div 3
Description: A protest involving @Ad2mny and @Bounty05 is under investigation.
Decision: Bounty misses his braking point and while trying to avoid everyone, hits ad2mny. He then redresses all positions. The stewards have ruled this Careless Driving, Redressed and served bounty with an official warning

Round: Rd 4 Race 2 Div 3 Donington
Description: An incident involving @Bounty05 and @Telum Turn 1
Decision: Bounty has pushed Telum wide at turn 1, and not redressed. The stewards have ruled this Reckless Driving, Non Redressed with a reduced time penalty of 15 secs.

Description: An incident involving @Bounty05 and @Mick at The Esses
Decision: While the pass was late, it was still a legal pass, and Mick should have surrendered the racing line. This was ruled as a racing incident with no penalty applied.
