Let's discuss the known issues for this game, I'll list a few I'm aware of, please post with any extras and I'll add them. We'll tick these off if/when they are fixed. Thanks to @v8power383 for suggesting this! Bug: Frame drops / stuttering. Scenario: When people join/leave the room. Fix: Carries across from pCars1, most likely no fix as this was across the life of the first. Caused by netcode when the game syncs a new driver into the room. Bug: Race director deleting laps with no apparent reason. Scenario: Random. Fix: Turn penalties off. Bug: Starting a session rolling around in the sky. Scenario: Possibly due to limited number of pit bays, and when forcing more than six cars into a RX race. Needs further testing for confirmation. Fix: Exit session and enter again. Bug: Wonky colour rendering. Scenario: exciting pits at Road America (possibly elsewhere). Fix: No known fix yet. Bug: Mirror on HUD in cockpit view disappears randomly. Scenario: When beginning a new session. Fix: Open and close edit HUD display from the option before leaving the pits. Bug: Landmines / invisible walls on track. Scenario: Random. Fix: No known fix yet. Bug: ABS settings don't carry over from practice to qualifying to race. Scenario: As above. Fix: No known fix yet. Bug: HUD disappearing. Scenario: New session and/or new car. Fix: Enter options and turn HUD back on. Bug: Engine wear increasing even if damage is turned off. Scenario: Random. Fix: Leave room. Bug: T500 loses FFB Scenario: Career mode. Going from qually to race. Fix: Unplug and replug Bug: T300 goes crazy when progressing between sessions. Scenario: Random? Fix: No known fix yet. Bug: Frame drop causing sudden surge in acceleration at 2nd to last turn, coming through the 2nd part of the double apex left hander @ Sugo track. Scenario: Random. Has only been observed to occur at this particular corner at this particular track, and only by some drivers. Fix: No known fix yet. Bug: Selected livery doesn't retain after a race. Scenario: Livers have been noticed to randomly change when back in the lobby after completing a race. Fix: Enter livery selection and select desired one. Bug: After selecting a livery, the livery after entering the track is still randomised. Scenario: Random. Fix: Rejoin lobby. Bug: Qualifying will start with snow on track no matter what season/date was selected. Race will then start with out of whack graphics (transparent track). Scenario: Random Fix: Unknown Bug: Car is "held" after being released by pit crew during a pit stop. Holding time varies. Scenario: Random. Fix: Unknown. Bug: AI takes control over car. Scenario: Random. Fix: Unknown.

Random excessive steering dead zone. Missing timer display Useless abs Even more useless ffb that defies logic. Intermittent at best driving line Still hitting landmines on track Chunky frame rates Does not remember abs settings from practice to qually to race. All this on day one. Coming out for qualy at Road America, the trees on the left were a blue haze. Only happened while exiting pits. Seemed more like a rendering issue and only happened once.
Pit stops on the fly Not to sure but racing Indy cars gave me to wet fronts and left my slick rears . Possible may need to have preset strategys for wet and dry
Bug: Engine wear going up about 2% every second, even if no damage and sat in pits Fix: Leave the room
Something I'm not too happy with its not a bug but if you spin and get a warning fron the race director your rating drops.
I'm sure they'll have to reset all the player ratings globally once they fix their huge list of issues. We're pretty much beta testing this now. Another issue that isn't in the list is my t300 turning full left and/or mental when progressing from prac to quali, while sitting in my garage. As soon as you exit garage it becomes normal.
Not sure if its a wheel problem or game but it kept going to invite players screen last night when ever we went to enter a new track

I can't believe we are listing 'can't use the handbrake to cheat on the start' as a bug. Never seen a real racing driver sitting on the grid with the handbrake on, in 1st gear, clutch out, revving the engine.
