but it isn't working 100% at the moment qualifying times for the sport mode events and friends list fastest times for events in single player are not always updating straight away or sometimes at all
Since Saturday when the granturismo servers were shut down while I was playing I have a problem. When I load GTSport from the x bar it says it cannot connect to grantursmo.com and none of the online features are available so the game is practically unplayable. Attempts to reconnect just fail but I can still get to the playstation store and go online with PCars. However if I look at my friends and see someone playing GtSport and press the start button from there, I am able to reconnect once I get in by pressing the reconnect option. Has anyone else experienced this and also is there a help desk fro GT Sport?
Basically the entire game bar Arcade mode requires an online connection, which really sucks because like you said it makes the game virtually unplayable. If their servers are under maintainence then it’s bad luck. With the friends list it’s just showing people who are playing the game as well, it doesn’t mean strictly they are playing online.
I had an initial problem after the server maintenance where it wouldn't connect (I assumed it was because I had left the game running)- I just closed the game and reopened and has worked fine since.
