    What has helped me is each corner I come to, I tell myself what gear I should be in... otherwise brain starts to wander... pick up milk, write doco addins for work, what do I need to do so wife doesn't nag me, miss break point... AH DAMN IT!! ;)

    I had to do some research to find out how to do custom skins for it. This guy on reddit created a psd file that can be used for the skin. Have a quick read of the read me with it. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.
