If the teams championship was done on an auction system as in old days @Ozglenn would set new records and not just by a little bit.... THEY WOULD BE SMASHED!!!!
the old system of team selection was done by bidding for an individual... each team was given a salary cap and had to fill there roster within that cap... some drivers that were dominant within there division in days gone by would go for an amazing amount... e.g. Warrior2167 was 15 time consecutive division 1 champion and it didnt matter what myself as captain and hatfield when he took the reigns would pay what it took to retain him
Current system is a draft system with no $$ involved at all... just alternating picks until all entries are on a team
Salary cap would be a good idea, although last season, it seemed it took a while just for draft picks, so maybe too much of a hassle.. Yes, 3rd based on last seasons totals. Although, it can be a little skewed, as some people placed better towards the end of the season when there were less people who participated in certain races. Nonetheless, just a bit of fun and something to look at

Nice of you to say Vardz i love that track and have done a million laps but when we tested the next round at maggiore i was a second slower than pat on the same tyres so it might be a struggle could not get close I have a lot of work to do............

I use the x-bow and even with controller and the laferrari leading off the grid, it is still winnable if you don't crash
