I just remembered by Commodore 64 days - Commando Saxon Impossible Mission Spy v Spy Boulder Dash Rampage Pitfall International Karate Pitstop H.E.R.O. Ghosts and Ghouls
Well, they do go back to PS3, which seems like ages ago. My little Retropie takes care of my retro gaming needs...love whacking the first Zelda game on for a good laugh and nostalgia trip back to childhood!
Probably have to say Tekken, it is the game that really got me out of the arcade and back into at-home gaming. Due to the amount of money and time I spent in the arcade playing Tekken my missus bought me a PS1 when they dropped from $800 to $400 (?June 96) and that was the start of it. 23 years later I'm still playing tekken but along the way some standouts in no particular order were Crash Bandicoot, Wipeout, Tomb Raider, Syphon Filter, Metal Gear Solid, Supercars, Gran Turismo, Far Cry, COD esp first Zombies, Battlefield.
Tekken was mint. Was my first ever fighting game i actually enjoyed. Who was your favorite fighter? (You are dead to me if you say Eddie) I loved Kazuya and Jin Kazama.
Lei Wulong, I was positively evil with that guy. My brothers couldn't handle it when I'd change his style all the time.
Yoshimitsu FTW. I used to know all his 10 hit combos. Don't really like what they've done with him in the last couple of editions though. Lei Wulong is great fun as well. Jackie Chan vs Bruce Lee battles Capoeira with a button basher is hard to counter but satisfying when you do it
Never got into Tekken. Soulcalibur, Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat were my go-to fighting games. Baraka in MKII was unbeatable. Blade Fury would destroy all comers!!
STAR GLADIATOR! MAN, how did I forget that! Back in the ps1 days! I got hooked on that baddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd
