Please choose between the following: McLaren P1 GTR 2016 Pagani Zonda R 2009 Fittipaldi Motors EF7 Vision Gran Turismo by Pininfarina Prior to last season we had a test race in the P1, and with only 2 spare weeks between seasons (accounting for the Div1 R5 re-run and the next HTO series race) we will also run a test race for the zonda and the EF7 on 14 & 21 April: http://raceonoz.com/forums/index.php?threads/gt-sport-zonda-r-test-race-14-4.3623/ http://raceonoz.com/forums/index.php?threads/gt-sport-ef7-test-race-21-4.3624/ Also, Entry thread for S7: http://raceonoz.com/forums/index.php?threads/gt-sport-season-7-entry-thread.3622/
Time to get the Xbow out and grind for some cash - I only have 800k, 3 mill to go! Will only take an hour or two i guess...
but if you can activate it whenever you want, it should be faster. Because on 'straights' which had enough curvature for enough steering input, the wing would go back up by itself too, but with activation it should stay down until you brake I would assume
I did a bit of testing. DRS is only available above 145km/h and with minimal steering angle. You also need to hold the "overtake" button to keep it activated. So no, you cannot really activate DRS "whenever you want".
I like the Fittipaldi!! Drives great, and needs a bit of throttle control on the way out of corners or it kicks out nicely...would be nice to spend a season getting to know it...I still need to grind for 2 hours to get the Zonda...i wonder what the conversion of real dollars would make it cost...
I'm pretty sure it's to keep everything equal. Everyone in same car and same base tune. No one gets any advantage and pace is purely based on skill and strategy. There are other events that the roos community put on that allow tunes and different cars.
Hey Macca... the link is to the World Endurance Tour thread. It is worth a look if you are into tuning and Endurance racing http://raceonoz.com/forums/index.ph...d-endurance-tour-powered-by-hi-tec-oils.3440/
Voting is close! I just tipped the Fittipaldi at bit close to the Zonda - the Zonda costs $4.55 (my virgin pmt) btw... I re-tested the P1...still needs some better brakes, but KERS and manual DRS is interesting. I also tested the SF19 - would be great to see that in next seasons vote, it will be interesting to see if spamming the overtake button eats much fuel capacity, certainly improves acceleration, only tested on infinite fuel races.
