MOR TITTS​

· One Make Roadcars (I am dyslexic) - Take It To The Streets.


Putting feelers out for a casual night on Tuesdays with no championship, tables, or points.
For those who are time poor, or those who possibly have physical ailments that make short
races more comfortable, or for those who want to race some road cars. Casual but respectful racing.

Would be run only on real world tracks, matching car speed to suitable tracks.
N300, N100, N500, N200, N400 would be the weekly cycle. (Tracks Below)
All drivers who have ever competed in Div 1 will start on the lower compound of tyre.
Starting Tyres - N100 CM/CS, N200 CS/SH, N300 SH/SM, N400 SM/SS, N500 SS/RH.

No Tuning. All other specs as per the old TITTS, tyre wear x1, Fuel x1 etc.
2 Tracks, 2 x 12 min races on each track.
1 Lap flying qualification, grid start, all races after 1st, reverse grid, and rolling start.
Win a race, you drop a tyre compound for the rest of the night.
Winner of the night chooses the car for the next weeks category.
The 2 most suitable tracks for the car will be chosen each week from the list below.

· Goodwood Motor Circuit – N-200
· Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya – N-200

· Autódromo De Interlagos – N-300
· Fuji Speedway GT – N300·

· Nürburgring GP – N-400
· Autodrome Lago Maggiore – N-400
· Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit – N-400·

· Autodrome Nazionale Monza – N-500
· Circuit de la Sarthe – N-500
· Nürburgring 24H – N-500

where did you see start time

Consensus midweek is important for a start time. N.Z to W.A and the complications of D.S. make it near impossible to suit all.
But probably in the 8pm-9pm window during either AEDST, or AEDT is fairest.

Interested, though probably not a starter for 8.30pm. Might catch the last race or two

I'd love to join in on this, as was thinking about something like this for in between seasons - but I can't commit to another night of racing unfortunately... Good luck though, as this sounds awesome

You would be an exception sir.
But I think the idea and/or the timing of it, is already dead and buried judging by the early response.
Ironically as I was writing this message I lost power for 1.5 hours, so as I have said before, I would be a risky host anyway.
Probably most are already practicing and racing more than enough at present, with season racing, WET, and FIA.
