2020 RACEONOZ TEAMS GTE WORLD SERIES : DRIVERS BRIEFING
RACES 4/5/6: LONG BEACH : 2ND MAY 2020, kick off time 7.30PM

- DEFAULT IN GAME DATE : 9/4
- RACE 4 (30 MINS): QUALI @ 3PM, RACE @ 4PM, HAZY WEATHER
- RACE 5 (30MINS): QUALI @ 6PM, RACE @ 7PM, CLEAR WEATHER
- RACE 6 (30 MINS): QUALI @ 7PM, RACE @ 8PM, CLEAR WEATHER
- TYRE WEAR : ACCELERATED
- FUEL FLOW : REAL

QUALIFYING
Standard sprint round quali format: 5mins per race. If you abort a lap for any reason, please give way to someone on a flyer. If you are on a flyer, you have right of way & DO NOT have to give way to a faster car.

RACE
The adrenaline will be flowing into turn 1 lap 1 so be very mindful of those around you & give racing room. If you turn in on someone you could ruin your own race as well as someone else’s. There are no safety cars in these sprint rounds, DSC’s can rejoin for the following quali session & race.
YOU MUST FINISH THE RACE TO SCORE POINTS.
The points scoring system is in the OP on the website. All results will be posted online.

TRACK LIMITS
As ever, you must have 2 wheels ON or INSIDE the ripple strips AT ALL TIMES.
Not too much of an issue at this track but it is possible to cut the corners at turns 5, 9 & 10, so have a good look at these corners in your practice & make sure you know where you need your inside wheels to be.
If you leave the track FOR ANY REASON, including incidental contact, YOU MUST REJOIN SAFELY without making any contact with another car. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CONTACT
If you make contact & gain a position, YOU MUST REDRESS.
The ONLY exception to this is incidental SIDE BY SIDE contact when you are holding your line but giving racing room.

CAR RESETS
You are allowed to reset your car IF you are on your roof, or stuck on a barrier. YOU MUST RESET WHEN IT IS SAFE TO DO SO. If you reset in the path of oncoming traffic and cause an accident, you will be penalised.

BLUE FLAGS
Please observe blue flags and move out of the way of faster cars if you are being lapped. Drive as normal ON THE RACING LINE until a straight & then lift off the throttle to let the faster car pass. Failure to observe blue flags WILL result in a penalty.

REPLAYS
Make sure you save your replay from each race, you’ll need it for your own debrief & if you are making a protest.

Yeah Ive just mucked around in some oine races went from 6th to 1st withing the first lap just from people clipping the wall in from of me

Trying again to sell the house guys, gota pack up the rigs so it doesn’t look cluttered. Not sure how long I’ll be off line for. All the best in the coming races. I hope I have left yas enough time to find a fill in.

I'll be on Tuesday and Thursday night doing lots of practice to find a solid tune and a good consistent lap time without putting it in to a wall I'll send out invites around 8 I hope to see you guys on

What times are we all doing guys I think my tune needs work I've fluffed around with it a lot can do consistent 1:17.500's to 1:16.000's and thats about it since the 1:15 i did was really high
