results are now final, onto Le Mans boys for 3 sensational hours of action. Sat nite will be the first official prac session

testing last night revealed that it's touch and go between the softs & the hards for the 9am race start as the track temp starts at 34degC but goes up during the first stint. as we are on 10X time progression, 30hrs game time during the 3hrs of racing, the track temp will drop during the night which means you'll need a setup that can do both hards & soft tyres (not easy at Le Mans)
get crackin fellas, this is going to be one very interesting challenge

we'll need to decide on the shootout for Le Mans as it would take ages to do given that we're all driving solo, so let me know your thoughts

if anyone knows that they cannot race on June 6th for this round, please let us know here in this thread

Should be ok for the 6th probably could release like Spa but more often maybe 2nd turn on the back straight

Hey fellas hows practice going pretty quiet around here me personally havent been in for a session in a while been grinding f1 2019 which was on sale for 18 bucks

I'll be doing a practice session tomorrow night from 8pm

2020 RACEONOZ TEAMS GTE WORLD SERIES : DRIVERS BRIEFING
Race 7 : LE MANS. 6th June 2020, kick off time 7.30pm

- Default in game date, 16/6
- Shootout Quali @ 4pm – CLEAR – Real Time
- Race @ 9am – 10x Time Progression
- 1 weather slot: CLEAR
- FUEL : REAL
- TYRE WEAR : ACCELERATED

QUALIFYING
Shootout quali for Le Mans, run in reverse championship order. The first driver will proceed immediately to the track on their out lap. The next driver will commence their out lap when the first driver has exited Tete Rouge which is the fast right hander onto the Mulsanne Straight. This is about a car every minute & means we’ll get through everyone easily in a 30 minute session & allow for a race setup installation lap for anyone who needs it before the race starts. I will post the quali running order in the chat on raceday.
IF YOU EXCEED TRACK LIMITS ON YOUR SHOOTOUT LAP, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO LIFT OFF TO CORRECT FOR THE ERROR. THE BIGGER THE ERROR, THE BIGGER THE LIFT!

RACE
It’s a 3 hour race with standing start, 10X time progression & clear weather. The safety car scenario will be in effect for disconnects. If & when it happens, continue racing until the DSC driver is back in the room & we will then retire to the pits & restart the race. On the restart, everyone will slowly proceed into their correct race position & we will let the leader know on the exit of what corner the green flag will resume, either Tete Rouge or on the exit of the first Mulsanne chicane. Single file for the restarts.
TRACK LIMITS
No point listing the corners as it’s too easy to run wide basically everywhere at Le Mans with track limits off so everyone is responsible for their own car control. It’s inevitable that we’ll all run wide at some point so when it happens, make a mental note that next time through that corner you don’t make the same mistake twice. Everyone can record a section of footage by double tapping the SHARE button & is encouraged to do so if anyone near them is suspected of CONTINUOUSLY EXCEEDING TRACK LIMITS.
If you run wide & make up a place as a result, YOU MUST REDRESS.
The ONLY exception to this is when you are forced wide to avoid making a collision with an incident ahead.
If you leave the track FOR ANY REASON, including incidental contact, YOU MUST REJOIN SAFELY without making any contact with another car. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you make contact & gain a position, YOU MUST REDRESS.
The ONLY exception to this is incidental SIDE BY SIDE contact when you are holding your line & giving racing room.
RESETS
You are allowed to reset your car IF you are on your roof, or stuck on a barrier. YOU MUST RESET WHEN IT IS SAFE TO DO SO. If you reset in the path of oncoming traffic and cause an accident, you will be penalised.
BLUE FLAGS
Please observe blue flags and move out of the way of faster cars if you are being lapped. Drive as normal ON THE RACING LINE until a straight & then lift off the throttle to let the faster car pass. Failure to observe blue flags WILL result in a penalty. Do not worry about going down a lap as a SAFETY CAR will result in everyone being back on the lead lap.

he's all over it! just got a reply saying he can't do next weekend but will pick us up for the Brands Hatch round onwards

we've had two pull out of this weekends race due to family reasons & it's also a long weekend in most states, can i please ask everyone if they are go/no go so we can work out if we go ahead
