    Driver Changes:
    Rage quitters from last round receive a rank drop in attendance rating.
    @Zachery replaces Phillips in Mercedes
    @Kieran_B33 replaces Bananajosh in Mitsubishi as a result of the latter’s attendance rating falling to F.
    Drivers in red must update their liveries to a satisfactory level (as shown in the livery guide in the OP). I waived the penalties last time out (due to the late notice) but if liveries are not updated, you will receive one or both of the following:
    Missing number boards: 40 seconds
    Missing or non visible RaceOnOz roof decal: 40 seconds
    Both missing: DSQ
