And without a second to waste we are back and rolling! Welcome back everyone to what is a VERY special season.
As many of you may already know, the forever reserved #51 has been retired indefinitely in honour of Bruce John Hale (Bjh1012), a Roozer we sadly lost in 2014. Having season 51 dawn upon us gives us a PERFECT opportunity to once again never forget one of the best members to have ever scrolled our forums.
Bruce was known for coming onto the GT6 scene hot by winning back to back titles in both the BRZ GT300 and the McLaren F1 GTR, as well as the Race Of Champions (which is now named in his honour). What better way to remember Bruce than to throw it back to the first of his two titles! This season we will use the Subaru BRZ GT300 '21 at tracks exclusively available on Gran Turismo 6. Where possible we will run the same races as that season that Bruce triumphed in.
I hope to see a lot of support for what will be a truly memorable season in RaceOnOz history, and I urge members new and old to get involved in this once in a lifetime opportunity to pay tribute to Rooz's favourite laid back son.
