    Your series post says "no more than 2 points can be allocated". I read this as he can dump both points on either Power or Weight rather than evenly distributing them. Is this correct?

    Your point is a valid one mez and i was really only addressing the first and last place entrant. So i will make that point clear and say that 2nd place and 2nd last place must evenly distribute the points
