19/9 - 5/10 is school holidays...which would cover 3 of the rounds Round 1 - 13/9 Round 2 - 20/9 (during holidays) Round 3 - 27/9 (during holidays) Round 4 - 4/10 (during holidays) Round 5 - 11/10 Round 6 - 18/10 Round 7 - 25/10 ROC qually/possible round re-run lol - 1/11 ROC - 8/11 Then I go on holidays a couple days later so it will need to be done before then (please!) But if you are looking to miss the holidays then I feel like it will end up running way too late...
maybe just skip the middle week of school holiday as thats when a lot of people are away. Will just push it out 1 week longer, and most people are back on the last sunday anyway...
better not be a re-run or ROC qually then or I will miss ROC lol I want to be the first to have 2 ROC wins!!
when do things ever go to plan.... If there needs to be a rerun we will organise through the week so it doesnt take up extra weeks.
i think move 3, and we race on the long weekend.....??? is never a perfect way of doing it, wont keep everyone happy. The only other way is to not race the holidays/long weekend at all, which will upset those who are availanble !
I think we need to make a start, school holidays hasn't stopped us before and we can just skip the long weekend.
sounds good mate....am happy with that. at the end of the day if there is a division that doesnt have enough to run during that period we can always see if they can reschedule.....Would be good to have 4 series a year during the school term.....10 weeks should get it done. Maybe something to schedule in next year.
So September 13th will be first round, we can have meet and greets on the 30th August and the 6th of September in preparation.
