Doubt if I'll get the chance. Haven't even jumped in the car at all yet. Should be fun with no practice and no tune sorted!
The car is pretty sweet stock, however I reccommend upping the brake pressure, for some reason at its stock value you'd think a 1970's Charger would come to a halt faster!
BTW @garyw61, any chance we could run the room so qualifying starts at 8:20 AEST and for it to have enough practice length so those who don't have the DLC can learn the track? Details are in the OP Cheers.

Stupid game. my car seemed to have been picked up by some freak tornado and spun me around continuously by the side of the track
I got a great view of it! Nico Rosbergs infamous gust of wind returns!! The track temprature in the lobby was not at all like the lobbies i practised in beforehand and after Lap 5 my front right was at 136, pitted to change tyres/pressures and hey presto, they come out of the pits at 136...... #GoodGame
Yeah we will have to work out a suitable date/time before next week so that everyone practices & races in the same conditions. Strangely, my tyres never went over the high 90's.
My tyres were fine the whole race. Not sure what weird setup you were running, I was practicing for the Winter but I adjusted accordingly. I hope someone got the results, in my rage I forgot to screenshot the end results. I'm in a rage anyway over the lack of participants, to only get 7/16 for an event that has been known about for months is dire. Next week is a non DLC track so I expect at least 10 next week. Well done on the win Konnor. The games terrible physics reared its ugly head again when both mine and Sam's races were ruined when we made "contact" and Konnor took the lead. That wa my race pretty much cooked as I knew fuel conservation was critical and to catch up I needed to push like hell. A few BS penalties and a late spin put paid to that.
You say known about for months... When's the next round? I love the Oreca and wouldn't mind some more pCARS racing if possible.
I'm from Victoria and I hope to be able to make it next week. If needed I don't mind driving for any team in particular, as per GTP I'm a driver for hire, I only ask for quality jokes.
