I somehow missed getting the race 1 replay, I hope I got the pole and FL right. Let me know if I didn't.
Sorry @Hatfield . I hadn't scored the FLs properly and @bmx_mtb_boy equalled you on points, he wins the night on count back.
I was right in remembering the little Alfa was good fun to drive, sliding it about all over the place just the right amount. Happy to have not taken a win as I forgot the pp penalties were a thing, but BMX and Hat just too fast when it counted taking the key FL points to back up wins - seems you guys always have just that extra bit of Nitrous left when I get close. Well done guys.
Was much closer than I thought. Good racing. 12hp for a 10pp loss isn't too bad. Sure did. Saved as much as I could since most cars were faster in a straight line even though this is probably the only classic car with the option to fit a 6 speed adjustable gearbox. Handling saved me. Could be good enough to use at 500pp.
OTE="Hatfield, post: 138378, member: 1067"]what did you swap out for the Mazda Cosmo Sport (L10B) '68 ?[/QUOTE] Abarth biposto thanks
Well done all top fun again good turn out as well. Good win @bmx_mtb_boy you had some nice mid coner speed
Event for the 21st http://www.raceonoz.com/forums/inde...1st-march-2017-600pph-eighties-greaties.2631/
Cheers @cola1001. The Alpine seems to be almost like either a classic Lotus Elise or KTM X-Bow in terms of handling (lots) and straight line speed (not so good).
