Good idea,unless you've got a mega good router!!!! I've got my wireless limited to 1Mbps and it cuts my port 1 to 350 kbps transfer rate from 750 to 850!!!!
Tire wear no NORMAL as well guys.....i havent had time to test it on fast , so not sure how many laps you will get from a set of race soft tires.....
Sorry Clevo, I thought I had somewhere, maybe in the conversation messages I had been sending out ? A few guys asked and I said yep, they have the same specs as far as I could see. I think all the guys in our room had the older cars. Didn't see much after lap 13 lol.
Yeah Joe and I only ran the original cars we nominated, seen some posts on GTP that suggests that the Gen 6 cars have better aero in the game, weather that is just in a tuning sense I am unsure. I reckon Joe and I will stick with our current car, unless he wants to change but "Team Muttonbird" is doing ok in our Orange Camrys.
Yep were doing ok there Clevo! Not sure what happened to the Serg at the beginning - did see some lag issues with a few drivers. Sounds like BJ has thrown in the towel over it. Anon was just way to quick..saw Gary for a while..Stig caught me after crashing out earlier and was also way to quick for me to hang onto. Stumbles was catching me but i held out for 4th - quite happy with that.
Argh!!! I slapped myself in the head when I got too ambitious with the go pedal as we went past Col, and gifted you back that 4th place. You would have had the draft down the front straight anyway, so I'll be content with 5th. Not bad after starting from last place due to a spin on my qualification lap. Got up to 5th by the end of the first lap after all the carnage on the last turn, but then made lots of mistakes and dropped way down the field again.
I had an eventful race, but mostly due to my own mistakes. Qualified a decent 4th (I think...) which considering I just touched the car 10min before quali was more I could hope for. Had a brilliant start and jumped to first before the first turn to lose it before the next one in account of draft. In my mind there was time to fight it out until I made my first mistake of many, thanks to an unforgiving rumble strip. This did not kill my race but put me back 16 secs from the lead, but had plenty of time to fight for a decent position until Inreally killed my race, snoozed for a sec coming out of the tunnel and ended up in pits at the end of lap 8.... D'uh!!! The rest is a mix of a few battles in the back (and a little nodge from evil whilst overtaking me which put me sideways, but is karma for a silly manouvre I put on him two seasons ago and he kindly disregarded... I'm off again this week but back for next Sunday's race. Good race all, cya.
