Yep Barra agree, this is especially important this week for those with early starts on Monday. I got disconnected late in qualifying last week, got back in and half way through flying lap the race was started. I got lap done but it was poor, went from 6th to 10 but thats racing and mechanical failure is part of it. So get in on time and know you only get one shot at it and race will start on time, 30 mins earlier than usual.

I won't be able to make it this week. We have something on, and even though I may possibly be home in time (big maybe), I'll be well liquored and have done no practice. It worked for me last week I know (cough..not..cough), but I have no intention of being a mobile chicane on the ring. Thanks very much to the organisers and my fellow competitors, it's been good fun. I hope the league continues to be strong over future events. Good luck to Corzza and Chevwah in their battle for the trophy, and to everyone else in their battle to stay on the track...

Yeah, i'm ok with an early start. Luckily i'm on night shift so I don't have to bail straight after the race.

well that was a complete failcake..
half the people droped out within half a lap, corzza before the race start and the race wasnt reset.
i could have kept racing and went "yay i got some points and finished" but with half the people droping out and wanting to come back on but cant.isnt much of a victory.
i chose to leave cuz that was bull:):):):).
that race should have been reset.........

Damn PSN is :):):):)e... what an utter disappointment. Would have been a hard call to make about a restart but im sure many would have supported it, esp with a champ leader getting dropped at the start. I was just settling myself into the 3/4 battle when i got dropped and was really looking forward to it, took me way too much of the season to come o grips with the car and then to get dropped after all the time this course takes to practice/qualy/race on...really sums up my season ;)

anyway, was a pleasure racing with you guys tho, hope to make it back up to div 2 again some time...

Well, that was fun but also disappointing with all the drop-outs.

As for Corzza's drop out Firewind., if he joined back in and stayed in before the end of the first lap, I'd have been happy to restart. As it was, he logged back in and dropped out again before getting completely into the room. By the time he got in and said about a restart, we'd already done a full lap.

If everyone agrees and we can make a time, I'm happy to do a re-run of the race.. although, it sounds like Corzza still wins the championship as it sits now???

I'll check back and see what's going on tomorrow, for now, I need to get some sleep.

    :)

Yeah that was almost a non-event really. Corzza dropping at the start grid, then 3 other guys dropping one by one on the first lap. I only managed 3rd, mainly due to lack of practice and the idea that a no stop would be the way to go, lol. I fear Corzza may have the championship win even with the DNS because of the drop worst round rule. Congrats to Barra for a nice win to wrap up the season, and thanks to everyone else I went wheel to wheel with, you all made my debute season very enjoyable. Am looking forward to the next one.

We had issues too, the race wouldn't start. Had to reboot the ps3, we then lined up in qual order and restarted the race and everything worked fine except for 1 dropout.

Well what a dissapointment for us all.....

Very angry about that result, I was feeling very conifdent that I could get the win, and qualified pole with a decent time (still 10 seconds of my PB) Nurburg is defiantly my favorite track, and was really looking forward to wrap up the championship there.

A re-race would be amazing, but unfortunately I am going away to Perth for the next 2 weeks, leaving on Friday, so I won't be able to take part :(

And I believe I loose the championship by 1point, which is devastating lol

We had issues to (half the field stuck on the grid), I told all to get out and resested and ran with out qual. Posisitions were out, its seemed best to do. Its been weird last 2 races, in away glad not just me as I felt bad. I think when qual is too long it stuffs it, cause 1st race at rome bugged for us in Div3
