I don't think it was you as host being the fault in my disconnects, I even struggled when watching some others practice
It would have been due to the update 1.14 which wiped all saved lobby settings. @Clevohead must have overlooked all the default lobby settings and simply set it to Bathurst and 38 laps. I'm surprised that no one picked up on the no tyre ware during qually tho.

We had a little FUBAR with room settings as I discovered at 8.10 that all my preset room settings had been wiped with the update, and boost may have been overlooked and accidentally left on, along with tyre wear and fuel. I only realised by lap 4-5, and we just ran with it, wasn't worth the time and hassle resetting a room and restart, everyone was fine with it after the race so we kept it as is. At the end of the day we were all in the same boat, and we had a blast as we were all part of a pack 90% of the time.
He wasn't ignored, he typed message at lap 9, I paused and responded and stated, I had ed up the settings as they had been wiped with the update, and not to worry, just have fun and keep racing, he pulled over and retired. No one else had an issue after race.
Clevo, totally agree, General opinion was that it was a great race. I reckon we all made the best of the situation. After all this is div 6 and there aren't too many sheep stations up for grabs.
Here is why I am aggrieved boys I have put a decent amount of time into the teams title chase which you are all a part of. This week I had the joker on torana who has been a reasonably consistent performer when he races. 2 x 2nds 1 x 3rd and a 4th in the 4 races he has competed in.
It would have been a hoot ...finding it hard to comes to grip with myself...but there are times & races for n boost or no wear ...Sunday night league races is not it
No one made him retire, if it is a big enough issue for you lodge a protest with one of the other mods. That is all I can offer.
As a suggestion, how about a rerun tomorrow night? Proper settings, tonight was just a muck around....
I know torana is happy for the result to stand so I am not going to make you re run it... it will be up to hatfield as the chairman to decide on D6's points toward the teams title
Hey guys, Its a tough one, and i can see everyone's point of view. Personally, if there is a consensus, i think its ok for the results to stand, just one of those things that can happen when real life gets in the way of a PD update, and the occasional oversight that comes with it. Not the first time it has happened and i can almost guarantee it wont be the last. (very rare though) The only other option is to re-run the race after the final round, Stu
Stu all the boys including torana are happy as it stands ... I am the one on a teams championship side of things that is feeling hard done by... will leave it with hat and see what he thinks as it is a teams championship matter...nothing more than that really
