May I ask what the yellow highlightings mean on the table?

It means the driver occupying the number has yet to confirm a square or round template.

OK, so with people starting to migrate to PCars, if any of the 7, 13, or 77 slots becomes available, I am putting dibs on them, seeing as I have been after those numbers since the official table started . Is there a PCars table yet?
