AC [Canceled] Assetto Corsa PS4 - Season 1

I'm keen to do some testing once the update rolls out.

Will be on tonight to do some testing. Looks promising from what I've read. Hopefully we can get a few more interested in a series to run alongside the next Sunday league season. The games currently only like $30 on psn store for those yet to pick it up.

Any of the Gt3's are a great drive , but the McLaren is a bit too 'unsavable' for my liking.
The Nissan has the best visibility from the in car cockpit view by far.
The Tatuus is a fun open wheeler too, which has specs like a Formula Renault.

How are the private lobbies working?

I'm definitely interested but also would need an earlier start time if possible. I'm keen to do a Friday or Saturday night test run just to see how things go with fuller rooms as far as connection issues and the like.

Much much better, but not ideal IMO.
A few quirks to get used to, like having to choose 16 cars and their liveries that are available for selection before creating the room, plus nothing is changeable from once your in the room.


Has anyone worked out how to make it 'no tune' or limited tune??

Isn't that the fixed setup on/off....saw it there haven't tried it yet
It is a bit annoying not being able to change anything once the room is created. Wouldn't matter for league events though i guess.

the invite thing works really well, you've just got to remember to do it before you get into a car

Will get a room up tonight for some testing. Really like the new track surface settings in which the track will become more grippy with the more laps you do. F1 2016 is the only other game on consoles that I know of that does something similar.

Lots of potential for it to become the new go to platform for league racing on consoles. At least until GTSport and PCars 2 are released. Come the end of this year console users are really going to be spoilt for choice when it comes to racing titles.

I don't believe you can. It would be nice to have this option but its not a game breaker. Probably best to go with a car with limited tuning options for season 1 then.

@incey is on. Dunno if he has a room up. I was going to get one up but ended up doing a full race distance for tomorrows PCars enduro. Will leave AC testing till Monday night as I like my chances of a good result in tomorrows race and dont wanna have to relearn how to be fast in PCars again
