GT6 [Completed] 13/6 Red Bull X2014 Junior series

Hey everyone

Just wanting to try running a new community even series and I believe this event could gain lots of interest.

The car will be as the title states (Red Bull X2014 Junior).
Dates: starts Saturday 6th June will run for 3 weeks
Tracks: Silverstone, Monza and Monaco
Race length: 1hour and with the final race being 1h 30mins
Room open: 11pm NZ time
Qualifying starts: 11:10pm 1 lap quali

Races settings:
Tyres: racing soft only
Tyre/fuel wear: normal
Damage: minor
Qualifying: fastest from the rear of the field
Time of day: 12pm
Time progression: 5
Tuning: no tuning, only brake balance
Assists: prohibited (apart from abs)
Slipstream strength: strong
Pit stops: 1 mandatory but pit lane is closed for the first 10minutes
Penalties: weak

Qualifying: everyone will have 1 lap to set their lap, to stop people sandbagging I will be running points for top 3 qualifiers.
1st= 3points
2nd= 2points
3rd= 1point

Week 1: 6th June at Silverstone (1hour)
Week 2: 13th June at Monaco(1hour)
Week 3: 20th June at Monza(1hour 30mins)

At this stage I'm looking at running 1 room but if we have enough to fill nearly 2 rooms up I have a tournament system that I will run to even the event out and give everyone a fair chance at being competitive.

A teams championship will be run with the teams being even. Anyone who wants to run a team please let me know. At this stage I'm looking at running a pairs title for teams so I'd be team a div1 driver with a div6 or 7 driver etc.

Been wanting to do a race/series in this for ages. Ever since it was in the running to be a season car. I'm in for sure.

If we get to 16 don't be afraid to put your name down as I will open up a second room and run my tournament system

If people behave themselves itll be good. Its an easy car to drive so hopefully less contact than there has been recently in these community eveents

I agree with ya there, I reckon these cars will provide great racing as they handle like a dream
