    well the times weren't going to be used as the only source of data, just a helpful ranking for this season. So we should still be ok.

    Anyone qualifying from this point will need to have the room with tuning enabled so BOP doesn't make the car lighter, and then manually set the car to 355hp / 1450kg

    Go to Tuning Shop > Club Sports > Buy Power Restrictor and Ballast (they both cost very little)
    Then in Time Trial or Lobby, go to Settings > Car Settings > Detailed Settings
    Go to Performance Adjust
    Then change the Power restrictor percentage until you hit the right Max Power
    Then change Ballast percentage until you hit the right weight
    Ballast position can also be changed but for testing I left it at position = 0

    I think all Gr4 cars have an ECU equipped by default - You can also change the power by adjusting the ECU percentage (it gives you a slightly different torque curve than by using the power restrictor) - but that's not needed for the sake of this exercise
