I am a challenger to you in this area Russ, having done all the above bar the bottom one. To add to the list:
I have put different tyres on front to back in GT6 days.
I used to always go in too fast in GT6 and incur a time penalty
Changing tyres when I don't need to, like on Sunday.

To make it worse I was a football coach, and used hound my players and staff about preparation
I have woeful pit stop history of always losing ground, and never choosing the right option.

Don't worry, i think all of us have done something stupid over the seasons. Sunday night for me, I was trying to think on my toes and I over thought how many laps of fuel i needed from 14 laps to get me to 24 laps. I was using my fingers on my wheel trying to work it out lol. Looking back on it, i feel so stupid as the answer is so simple.

I got caught napping big time on the fuel. I did about 6 tanks of fuel in practice and I didn't run out of fuel once. I didn't count for the top speed drafting rookie mistake lol. Plus I though it would be fine with the amount of drafting I was doing. But I was giving the car everything I had while Keeden was crusing
