I would have thought the profile picture was a good enough clue, maybe people just don't watch enough old movies these days.. @JonoStan96 is the only person who seems to have actually figured it out so far!
The Persians were often underestimated, don't rule it out! That said, "password name" is one of the funnier interpretations of my name I've seen.
I was trying to work it out ages ago and thought, at one stage, it was one of those "clever" 'written backwards' usernames.. but that reads awfully close to Ass Sex Rex Glad it's not, because I wasn't looking forward to that conversation!!
I qualified 9th and got shuffled back to 12th on the opening lap and then clawed my way to fifth in race 1, In race 2 I had incidents on the 2nd and 3rd laps to put me at the back of the field and too far back to make any places. I did managed to get back up to 9th as others had some problems. Came 6th on the night which I am pleased with.
The Nurb 24hr is one long track to qualify on. I'm wondering if we can think about qualifying on say the GP track instead. For such a long track, the starting position doesn't really matter for most of us.
We do often have this discussion, but in the end it always ends up being 1 out lap, and 1 timed lap on the full track. I will leave it up to @JonoStan96 to decide, being this is his organised season
Id be ok with this. But i will say I'm way more comfortable with the gp track than the 24hr track. I will probably end up in a higher position than i really should. That might be unfair someone who knows the 24hr track better than me
I like this idea personally, makes it more of a shootout style qualifying where you get one shot and that's it. Worst case scenario if you bin it you end up behind anyone who didn't but it's still a long race so not the end of the world.
Lets go reverse championship order, that race 2 was so much fun last night and it wont end up being a procession which the new draft model will make the forthcoming races be.
Good idea! But realistically, I think taking the last race finishing order would be a good idea, and only have 1 Q just for R1.
