Pretty happy with tonight, first race I've done in manual & finished 7th. Spent 99% of the race by myself, couldn't catch Castro in front of me & so long as I stayed on track couldn't get caught, bring on next week. @Nathancarhead if your mic is playing up DON'T USE IT!!!!
I'd like to make a formal apology about my mic last night guys. I know how very frustrating it is for all, and I'm very sorry about it. I can certainly understand if someone would like to protest me and i would accept a penalty for it. Moving on from that, next week i wont have my headset on at all.
What a cracker of a race those first 10 laps were. It certainly got the heart pumping a few extra beats sooby was all over the back of me from lights outs and was really putting the pressure on and no matter how hard i tried I just couldn't shake him and then on lap 10 (I think it was coming out of Becketts) he must of made a slight mistake as he was no longer in my mirrors. Pitted on lap 11 with a gap to sooby of about 10 seconds, Re-entered in about P5 and once everyone else pitted back into P1. Once on the softs I just knuckled down trying to do consistent lap times. Can't believe I managed a 2:05.126 (gunna have to check that to see if it's legit). Congrats to Big Beast and Purpledog for the other podium positions and thanks to sooby for that 10 lap battle I just wish it had gone the full race as I'm sure it would have been epic. Also thanks Pat for letting me past. Bring on 43 laps of Monza
Well done copper way too fast. Was dissapointed in my race too many stupid mistakes and pushed too hard trying to catch up and killed the tyres.
Only @PurpleDog can catch @Peter Wise now. If purple can win with pole & FL, copper only needs to finish 4th to tie and win on countback
Was definitely an exciting start Peter. Loved it. Yeah got stuck in the sand at Becketts. When I pitted I forgot to put softs on so retired from the race.
Should have just carried on, @scottb721. You have to pit, but you don't have to use the softs, they are the option.

Just moved to night-shift atm so I'll miss this race unfortunately. Its been a fun season as usual, loved the car, even if sometimes it felt like i was driving around with half a tank. Will be curious to log in Monday morning to see how it all panned out. GL

Lol didn't see your post till now No wing men for purple u are all on your own I got off to a great start felt like i had alot of pace almost got pole! 2 laps in was out in front then... got disconnected Gutted was looking foward to the long race and battling it out. At least i got dc at the start and not at the end. Has been fun look foward to doimg it again next season
