    Build quality is great. They feel very well put together.

    Sound is drawn from the optical cable and sounds better than my old Logitech G933 headset.

    I ended up getting a set of these but I find that the chat volume is really low and I can't quite hear anybody. I also can't adjust the mix between game and chat, it just drops the volume of both at the same time. It's setup correctly using the optical cable. Did you have any issues like this? I've emailed Plantronics but still waiting for a response

    How are you using the chat mix function? Doesn't work like it should using Party Chat in PSN.

    I'll jump on later and party chat with you to talk through it.

    If they are like the Astro's you will need to set your audio mix (in the devices, headphones settings) to chat only. That way my headset can change the volume of chat and game separately.
