Said it on the vote page, but that Ferrari 365 GTB4 was great around Ascari. I particularly loved the engine, especially the way it didn't seem to matter what gear you were in half the time, the engine pulls hard even when the revs get down. Beyond that it just seems to have the right balance of engine, brakes, grip and handling.
Not inspired by the Megane esp vs the NSX Concept. The scirocco gt24 is a blast but won't be much good on long tracks due to the short gearbox....not that I have an issue with that. The Alfa 155 was good too, very quick. Didn't quite get me smiling like the VW. Next up is the Ford Gt '06 and Shelby Daytona....then its off to quick races to rebuild the bank account. I've had to buy every one of these to test
I think my pick for street car is the Ford GT 06 so far. The race car pick is too tight to call between the cobra daytone and scirocco. The cobra turns in....so much different from the merc gt3! The Alfa 155 doesn't have a detailed interior so would it be excluded @Hatfield ?
SRT Viper GTS '02? It was used in the last Origin series and was a cracking drive, brilliant on all 3 sets of sports tyres.

I think its getting crazy how many cars people are nominating. I'm am sure it would be much more manageable if each person just put up 1 selection for street and 1 for race. Picking a new car every day for consideration is getting rediculous
I still wouldn't mind a season entirely based around an actual championship. Drop us in some Supras and do a Japanese championship
Not sure if you've noticed, but the '05 model performs and handles slightly better than the '06 version.
My bad, I didn't pick the difference in the photo you posted. If you are nominating the '05 as your pick and its better than the '06 then I'm happy to support that.
My tuned car pick is the Gran Turismo 350Z RS. I'll post a list of preferences for each category (street, tuned, concept, race) in the coming days.
I've noticed that in the street series, the '05 was definitely quicker than the current '06 I'm running with the same tune.
After beating two div 1 guys (not just 1B either) over a couple of laps at Ascari in The scirocco gt24 at the test session the other night I'm all for it. it will get my vote.
