we are lucky in that respect, but also in the way we pick the joker. So far this season, jokers have rewarded the following points per team: HTO 136 RZR 111 NLR 103 PRT 88 GRT 86 BHR 81 TLR 76
If you call being 3rd place 50 odd points from the leader and 80 ish points in front of last place close to the bottom i guess your correct then Foot
Across the previous 3 season... a total of 20 races that have seen the Joker in play for the teams championship... HTO have only once missed out on having the joker finish on the podium...
It can, but not definitively. I can remember at least one round I was the reserve and I won my race too...
Had this have happened, if, if only, lucky, who cares, you still need to make the correct joker choices to be well in contention for the championship. And isn't it made up of 6 scores, not one driver? I don't recall this much complaining when Jamie and GRT picked up Nicko as a Div 1 alien and we ended up breaking the scoring record!
The difference is you had nicko from the start and not as a mid season pickup every team had the opportunity to pick up nick unlike incey. The only thing that i'm complaining about is the division incey was placed in. Typically mid season entries are placed in a higher division than their qually time suggests to avoid such results but this wasn't to be the case. This decision particularly hurt NLR as we have 4 drivers in div 7 and having them all pushed back a spot each week certainly adds up.
So Cagme ... your complaint is directed at the Mods for placing in the division they deemed fit at the time with the Ap hill time he submitted
Well I cant complain about why incey was placed in HTO as that decision was based on numbers. Aided somewhat by div 2 not running and HTO suffering from numerous DSC's, no shows and performances below expectations and the lack of back up due to investment only in a small number but highly valued drivers. These are factors no one has control over. So yes my issue lies with the mods decision to place him in div 7. Hey even you brought up the issue that you thought he was too fast for div 7 prior to his first race.
Despite any of this...RZR has done a fantastic job this season consistently...and unless things go extremely well for HTO and not so well for RZR next round, they will end up the champions.
I did indeed say and he is too fast for D7 and it is the case... the plan to have a smaller roster has worked in the past for HTO and could well continue to be the way the team is selected... that will be up to the captain of HTO next season... anyway its all a bit "banter"
