Ok guys, Time to start the discussion..... Race car or road car ?? I had mentioned that given how many times the V8SC had been close to getting up, in both GT6 and PCARS that it could be a real possibility. Thoughts on that ? Definitely race car. I'm not a fan of the V8SC but I'm aware it's almost a shoe-in for this season. I'd have to go through the car list to come up with some alternatives.
I'm all for a season in the V8SC on a bunch of fast flowing tracks like Spa, Watkins Glen, Nurburgring and the enduros at Bathurst.
With GT6 having a round that has a variable with weather, could we look at throwing in a random slot or 2 after a wet start to the race. Would have been fun with the what's coming factor on Sunday night and not just get to the end of lap 5 and it's time for slicks
The only alternative I could suggest would be to go for something completely different from what we've been running. The 250cc Superkart is super quick, grippy, but can spin relatively easily if you make an error. It's incredibly fun to drive too. I think we'd have some really good racing in it and it would provide a change of scenery.
Some of those older Lotus open-wheelers are heaps of fun to drive, I'd go for one of those for sure. We've had plenty of tin tops (they're getting really boring) but never an open-wheeler.
The Formula Renault and the 98T Renault are both very much fun to drive, also even the Gulf 1000 is good too.
