true, i saw it as a good warmup though. probably coz i need three or four times more practice than you Bryan
I hear ya ! There are too many alternatives being thrown around, I assume a short list will come up soon for a vote? something like 1. Honda HSV GT500 2. X-Bow 3 ....
I guess you mean this one: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/109486420/2000_Honda_NSX_GT_Championship_Spec-2.jpg No arguments from here! My fav. car of all time. I probably drove that JGTC NSX more than any other in GT3 . I actually took my avatar photo myself standing next to it at the Honda Collection Hall,Twin Ring Motegi last September It would obviously be a great choice but I'd best not suggest yet another car choice at this time!
It'll be a bit different though as you can tune in mint series.. Although I do see your point. Hsv I think is best suggestion so far. After the 908 it'll be very easy for most. I think you'd be surprised @incey how far you've come hopping back in it.
We ran the HSV on a similarly fast track during No Practice Race Night and the racing spread out 908-style which essentially repeated the HSV race in the Throwback Rejects series, unlike the SLS race where it remained bumper to bumper the entire race. HSV is really dependant on downforce like the 908 so it won't be any different from this season other than being slower on the straights. With the SLS everyone in every division was keeping up through the corners until missing braking points etc.
Nope every single car is available in the base game or from free DLC. Its only the anniversary cars that are exclusive but they're just slightly improved versions of the standard cars.
Fair enough. I'd race next season if it's the sls or the hsv. The sls is the easiest gt3 car in the game in my opinion.
My own preference is Rocket followed by SLS/HSV, so it makes it a bit hard to vote road car in the hope it gets up. Not sure what to do with voting honestly.
We could use the SLS road car though, doesn't have to be the GT3, Now that Mint celebration cancelled @Bryan_F it wouldn't quite be three months
i just did a bunch of laps in the amg sls '10 and wow, i like it alot. it would still be a hard choice for me if it came down to sls vs xbow. at this stage if the vote went to road and the sls was in the mix i would have ot vote for it.
sports softs easy. It would probably go alright with any of the sports tyres. Gets lots of understeer which I guess is safer than mad oversteer
