I'm wondering if it was a hint that F1 should make the bold move to prime time (Sunday Nights).

cant do it. the split between PCars and GT6 is enough for the one night without F1 taking more people away from those grids. Personally id love to have F1 sunday nights, but it wouldnt be fair to have 3 different seasons all on the same night IMO

Pcars on the same night as GT6 split the site bad enough, Thursday is good lol

I think people will flock to GT Sport once its released (and other games later in the year like PCars 2) so trying to put F1 on Sunday to compete with them would only spell the death of the league IMO - better to leave it on another night

As cool as it would be to have F1 in Prime Time, logistically it isn't viable mostly for the reasons outlined by Seth and Zachery, not withstanding the fact while we have rooms bigger than what GT6/Pcars pull, it is just that, one room. As happy as I am with the series in its current state it still has a long way to go to becoming a major drawcard, to me, if people just gave it more of a chance we'd easily see more than one room.

It's an interesting subject, people being unable to commit to Thursday nights every week may also be holding F1 back.
We've had a stronger field during the last couple of months, I'm hoping that doesn't thin out again with the school hols being over.
This game has produced some really good battles, and I think that can only get better now that we understand the tyre wear glitch and that we are getting more experience racing eachother. I sure do hope that more people come to realise that it is worth committing to this on Thursday nights.
