OP states that AI is set at 85%. That suggests that the grid will include AI. Is that correct?

nah thats for when someone disconnects. basically if you DSC then the ai will take over your car. you can then rejoin the room and get back in your car. The AI setting is set so your car will go as fast as 85% AI until you rejoin.

Nah mate, that is purely for when someone disconnects from the race and the AI takes over the car

85% is a nice balance between not being way too fast and not having your race destroyed by a disconnection.

That makes alot more sense! I'm coming from project cars so excuse my ignorance. I'm only in the mid 1.31s and I'm not even sure I saved it. Will have a look this evening.

That's all good mate, it's the one of the things F1 has over the other games, just because you've disconnected, doesn't mean your race is over!

OP updated, drivers who have submitted a qualifying lap will see an asterisk next to their name.

I need your qualifying laps done soon so divisions can be sorted.

Sorry Jono with my injury it's difficult to race at the moment. I did attempt the qualifying before i joined you guys in the retro cars lobby but i did the lap in the Merc by accident so it wouldn't have counted anyway.
I'll do my best to get the lap up at some point but saying that i'm unsure if i'll be running the first few races of the season just depends on the recovery time.

Well, pulled the plastic off the game just to submit my lap, and it's pretty safe to say I'll be staying in Div 2 I think...

Updated OP with more info for the meet and greet night.

Provisional divisions will be revealed by the meet and greet.

First event of the M&G will be a Ferrari event, where Division 2 drivers will use the F2004 and Division 1a&b drivers will use the F2002.
The second event will switch to the 2017 cars.

Both races should go for roughly 20 mins each.

Scrappy first half but nailed last half of lap. 2017 cars on this track. Why did it take so long to have a go around here.
