Hey @garyw61 how do you find the LED display on the steering wheel?

It is the perfect spot for it @Bounty05, doesn't get in the way at all. I did need to turn the brightness all the way down to see past it comfortably though.

The only issue I have is that I will have to cut the cable ties now to take it off to recharge it lol. Will grab some releasable cable ties next time I go to Bunnings.

Looks sweet Gary, gimme a link to the LED please mate and is that a custom wheel on a T300 base? Also does the old tablet app work on PCars 2 or is that a new app?

    Hey Beaker.

    https://www.pagnianimports.com.au/thrustmaster-bt-led-display.html

It is a T300 base with the Ferrari GTE Wheel option.

The old app doesn't work with PCARS 2. The new app is called RS Dash and is available for both IOS and android.

Cheers mate, I know this isn't the place to ask but I've never let it stop me before lol, are there any preferred ffb settings for PCars 2 or is it good vanilla?

Sorry yeah, brain fart on my side there. I've got a T300 as well, it's on a Next Level wheel stand and though it's sturdy I'm finding that the immersive settings on the unpatched PCars 2 is probably a bit heavy for it. (16gb update is almost done!)

I'm also struggling with the smaller wheel on the T300 having came from a T500 last time around. What's the best/cheapest and effective option guys for upgrading the wheel size to at least the size of a T500?

I found with the T300 informative, Gain 100% , VOL..35% ( this is the one to change if its to heavy ) then the rest i fiddled with from car to car to find a better feeling. But i found tone 45 and FX 60 is a good starting point.

As for the bigger rim ull probably have to buy the Ferrari alcentara for about 260 bux or a F1 rim

    hope that helps abit champ

Cheers Paul, I tried these settings and they were better but I ended up finding another on YouTube that after some tinkering was perfect.
I think I found a bigger wheel as well

I won't be buying that wheel lol, trying to track down a good price on an Alcantara. There's also the Sparco which is 13" which sounds great but it's even more expensive!

It turned out that it wasn't too strong for my stand at all, it was too jerky. Now it's a nice strong feedback but with lots of feels!

Be careful you don’t have the feedback strength too high, t300’s are prone to overheating and losing their force feedback. You’ll know as you’ll smell it getting hot.
