    Haha, I was doing the same thing with my G27 for about a week!I bought the wheel and then started looking for the cockpit a few days later.

    BTW, Pagnian now have a wheel stand too, without the annoying pole in the middle. Great if you need something cheaper or more compact. I'm single so I don't care, the wheel lives in my lounge room so I just move it out of the way if I am watching the tv :p

    Yeah fair enough, I've got a room dedicated to all my gaming needs anyway so I'm not too fussed about space, if I didn't have my own gaming room the missus would have done me in by now, haha!

    :lol: thats funny m8, the handbrake stuffed me in the corner of the lounge room (must be a bad boy i'm in the corner every night)
    But its all good i just put the Turtlebeach headsets on and hit the go pedal. that seems to drown her out. :lol:

    once i'm in that cockpit hitting 300km/h+ (still not going anywhere fast) but all my daily trouble just disappear. :lol: well nearly all!

    Very nice! Multi screening is the one thing I miss from my PC gaming days.

    Would do the same with GT5 if it didn't mean 3 PS3's lol

    looks fantastic beau, nicely tucked away in the corner there. Be good to see set up guide for those not familiar with all the correct cables and connection and settings for triple screens, namely me.

    Yeah bloody oath a setup guide is needed. You can find one on the iracing forum. Are you thinking about triple screens Bones?

    I'm designing a whole new rig on google sketchup at the moment. Here is a picture of what I have so far come up with. Still very early days yet, and I expect to evolve it more and more, as i put more thought into it.

    The triple screen setup looks cool. The right hand drive perspective is a good authentic touch. Does the image distort as though it has a fisheye lense as it wraps around the outer screens? If only they invented frameless tv's. :)

    I can't notice any fish-eye distortion. I think allot of it depends on how you set your Field-of-view and some other settings. I was lapping in the Williams FW31 last night, and the extra sense of speed the two side screens give you is cool.

    There is a myth out there, that says, three screens make you slower. But It is just a myth. They don't necessarily make you faster either, But I definitely think they have made me more consistent. Hitting apexes is way easier when you can see it coming through your side screen.

    beau your setup is nice mate what computer specs you running as i am currently running a imac via bootcamp for iracing but after my wedding will be looking into building a pc tower dedicated to just games... any links or info would be great

    My pc is not so fancy. i know jack :):):):) about pc's also.

    but i do know, it has an i7 processor, and a AMD radeon 6950 graphics card.

    My McIver set up at the moment for my trip screens. Just used a desk i got for $40 from Office works and raided the in-laws shed for some wood. I just then slide my wheel stand in front, attach my Office chair to it with a bit of hay band and race to my hearts content on Iracing. On Sundays I just simply unplug it and wheel the wheel stand into the lounge with the PS3 and get flogged on GT5 cos i didn't do any practice again.
    Got to clean a few things up and get some painting done but should come up all right.

    Your alot younger than I imagined Bonus :p

    I plug the Ps3 into my PC monitor for gt5 so I dont have to move wheel around, just stays attached to the desk.
