    I am negotiating with a driver but it looks like he will probably run all rounds as well. I have offered to do a livery for him if he wants to run his own team. He approached me because he isn't good at liveries.

    Just Thursday is not ideal for me every week.

    OP Updated.
    Changes made after feedback. Hope it works ok.
    *Races now on Thursdays.
    *DNS Penalty now only -10 points. I still want to encourage each racer/team to contest every round, but understand -15 points might've been a bit OTT. Considering a win is only worth 35.

    How do we adjust the weight for the handicapping? Because it changes by percentage, I can't work out any way to make it exactly 100kg extra. Is there some way to do this I can't find? Or do we go for slightly over or slightly under the handicap?

    Don't stress too much. It was more of an aesthetics OCD thing from me. It is a bit annoying that you cant search for them. I was initially going to run the RAYS C345RRIME rims but they wouldn't apply to the GTR. Now we are not running the GTR we could bring them back in. Do you have them, or do they show up in the mileage exchange?

    Sorry, just finalising that now. You are right, it won't be bang on the figures in OP, just put that up there as an approx. (should've stated that, my bad.)
    As there is also going to be success ballast, it looks like div 3 and 4 drivers will start under 100% weight and div 1 & 2 above 100%. This will allow scope to add or remove ballast per round. It will also require the driver to have levelled up there weight ratios to level 3 to allow for the weight differences.

    Using the default for each car. The three cars are pretty close in BHP. But we could still alter them.
    Car.........BHP...........KG............Torque..........Torque at 565 - 567BHP
    Ford Mustang.........549..........1300........58.2............59.9 (565 BHP)
    Lexus RC-F.........524..........1300........61.9............66.9 (567 BHP)
    BMW M6.........583..........1300........76.5............74.2 (567 BHP)

    What are your thoughts on this??
