what do you mean sam, this opinion is coming from a video that you saw of a version of the game that isn't complete and already has a strong gaming background i have no idea how you can make such claim? with that attitude when it comes out it will be better than you think.
I don't think theres anything wrong with what he said, from what i've learnt in the past, with Racing Sims it's better to prepare for disappointment than brilliance. I think we all secretly hope AC or GTS blows us all away with brilliance, but until we get our hands on the game, i think it's better to prepare for the games as no better than the others.
Lol dont be butthurt that i downtalked Gran Turismo, its my opinion anyway (as you already stated). Hopefully Dyson get actual licensing in GTS though.
God I love this game. On a role and lapping at leaders pace only to DSC. Bloody disastrous start with running up Jim's ass after getting an awesome start, punching a brake on the last corner so decided to pit. Was lapping in the high 1:29s and DSC on lap 17. Should have been on for a podium. For whatever reason, I seem to be struggling whenever we merge. Oh well back to Le Mans.
couldn't give a chocolate McFlurry what's said about the game but when you act like its going to be a fail when we all know you'll be clocking 100 hours a week on it...
With some personal stuff going on, i wasn't really worried about my result (also did absolutely no practice). I spun on lap 1 trying to keep the sand bagging kiwi bro behind me and i rejoined the track in 7th. Mad at myself for my rookie mistake I tried my best to catch back up to the top group but after getting up to 3rd I managed to screw myself over AGAIN. I got back past the two battling in front, but by this point the second place car was already miles ahead and Slambo was even further away. The 1st place overall was basically gone, but i put my head down, caught second place, passed and then tried to close my 11 second gap to slambo but he decided to pit not long after. The rest of my race consisted with me doing extremely low 29's mistake free and pitting on the start of the final lap. I screwed up the pit lane entry bad, and lost about 3s in the pits but somehow.........somehow I managed to come out in-front, creep around on overheated tires and take the win......somehow!
Id suggest we stay on topic here. Future sim games can be discused elsewhere and personal opinions are welcome without slander. Be happy everyone. LeMans and F1 are on. Good win Sam. I tried to make it difficult for you but your a league above me in pace at the moment. Lol
